My Three-Things-Challenge (3TC) stems from how I write, and how I challenge myself to see how creative I can be. It’s like when your teacher would give you the first lines or paragraphs of a story, then you had to finish writing it. That’s how I view this challenge. By having three unrelated items (at least one is a character) then you have parts of the world ready to build upon.
So far, everyone who has participated, has approached it in very unique ways and that is what makes it (in my opinion) more fun than one-word challenges.
There are two ways to let others know you have participated:
- link back to this post in your piece (creating a pingback)
- Use the comment section to submit the link to your post
Without further ado, simply use the three prompts as inspiration for a piece and have fun.
Here are the three words for 12 June 2018: snowflake, heater, fingernail
Have fun and Write On!
